Website Design Services – Payment Structure

• Basic Website Design (£390)

  • Initial Deposit (50%): £195
  • Midway Payment (30%): £117
  • Final Payment (20%): £78

• Advanced Website Design (£800)

  • Initial Deposit (50%): £400
  • Midway Payment (30%): £240
  • Final Payment (20%): £160

• Professional Website Design (£1500)

  • Initial Deposit (40%): £600
  • Midway Payment (40%): £600
  • Final Payment (20%): £300

• Premium Website Package (£2500)

  • Initial Deposit (40%): £1000
  • Midway Payment (40%): £1000
  • Final Payment (20%): £500

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only considered if the cancellation is requested before any work begins.
• Once the project has started, the client is committed to the payment schedule. No refunds will be issued for any work already completed.
• Refunds will not be applicable for services already rendered or products accepted by the client.

Cancellation Policy

• If a client wishes to cancel the service after the initial deposit, they must contact us immediately. Cancellations may incur charges for work already completed, which will be deducted from the amount paid.
• If the work has already started, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the agreed amount, with no refund provided.

Late Payments

• In case of delayed payments, the project will be put on hold until payment is received. Any delays caused by missed or delayed payments will be the client’s responsibility. Work will resume only once full payment is received as per the agreed terms.
