Eligibility for Refunds

1. Website Design & Development Services

   • Refunds are only available if the project has not yet commenced.
   • Once work on the project has started or design concepts have been approved, refunds are not available.

2. Hosting Services

   • Refunds are available for hosting services within the first 15 days of purchase.
   • If cancellation occurs within the same month, the full monthly payment will be charged.
   • After the 15-day refund period, hosting payments are non-refundable.

3. Training Courses

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

   • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Services that have been completed and accepted by the client.
• Products or services clearly marked as non-refundable.
• Requests made outside of the eligible refund period.
