Course Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Baloch Media Hub’s courses! By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or signing up for any course.

2. Course Enrolment

• Enrolment in a course is confirmed once payment is processed or, in the case of free courses, once you have registered on the course platform.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian to participate in our courses.
• Course access is granted only to the enrolled individual and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

3. Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted, unless the course is free.
• Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods as indicated on the payment page.
• Prices for courses are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing enrolments.

4. Course Materials and Access

• Upon enrolment, you will gain access to the course content through our online platform.
• Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified in the course description.
• We reserve the right to update, change, or remove course materials as needed.
• Some courses may have additional resources or requirements, which will be communicated prior to enrolment.

5. Free Courses

• Baloch Media Hub offers certain courses free of charge. These free courses are subject to the same terms and conditions as paid courses, except for the payment requirement.
• Free courses may have limited access to certain materials or features, as specified on the course page.

6. Course Completion

• To complete the course, you may need to submit assignments, as detailed in the course description.
• There are no exams in our courses. The completion of assignments is the primary method of assessment.
• No certificates are provided upon completion of any of our courses.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are available only within 7 days of enrolment, and only if there is a valid reason for the request. Refunds will not be issued without a valid reason.
• If you have accessed the course materials or started working on the assignments, no refund will be issued.
• After 7 days, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason.
• Refunds do not apply to free courses.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content in our courses, including text, videos, slides, and other resources, is owned by Baloch Media Hub and is protected by copyright law.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the course materials without express permission from Baloch Media Hub.

9. Code of Conduct

• You are expected to behave professionally and respectfully within the course platform.
• Any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or disruptive conduct will result in removal from the course without a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Baloch Media Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your enrolment in or use of the course materials.
• While we strive to provide high-quality content, we cannot guarantee specific results from participating in the course.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By enrolling in a course, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of providing the course and communicating with you about course-related matters.

12. Changes to Terms

• Baloch Media Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the courses constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
